About me

From a childhood dream of managing my own hotel to becoming a consultant focused on revenue optimization, my journey in the hospitality industry has been nothing short of exciting. I began my career in 2000, working in a restaurant, and since then, I’ve gained invaluable experience across multiple departments, roles, and companies. My career path has taken me through major global brands like Marriott as well as independent hotels and groups, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of the industry’s dynamics.

In 2019, I took a major step forward by launching my own consultancy. While I haven’t yet opened my own hotel, I’ve been able to assist various hospitality businesses in optimizing their revenue and profitability. My expertise spans a wide range of markets across Europe, and I am proud of the ongoing success stories from my recent and current projects.

Who am I as a person?

But beyond my professional background, I am someone who thrives on energy, motivation, and development. I’m a numbers geek who is driven by creative problem-solving, always aiming to deliver results. People often describe me as flexible, efficient, and passionate about collaboration. Whether it’s coaching teams, driving sales, or exploring new cultures and cuisines (my true passion!), I approach every opportunity with enthusiasm and ambition.

Based near Alicante, Spain, I work remotely with clients across any location. I’m always open to new challenges and opportunities to contribute to the hospitality industry’s growth.
